are strategic partners who empower clients to explore options, create strategies, move past challenges, and achieve what they choose.\u00a0In the process, the client\u2019s level and feeling of independence are elevated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Coaches put clients in charge of being their own best expert and that empowers independence.\u00a0The coaching process serves the client\u2019s independence because the client chooses their priorities and creates their own plan of action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Coach training\u00a0also creates independence because it opens doors to possibilities while providing the techniques for creating meaningful change.\u00a0Earning your coaching certification increases your marketability for leadership
